It is essential to understand reality before you launch on your own. What is the truth about being a consultant? How much can you really make? What are the pit falls? What do you have to do to be successful? We will focus on getting clients, taking good care of them, invoicing practices, and key performance indicators. This will be all based on real life experience; no theory.

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare systems across the UK and the U.S., Marcia brings deep insight into leadership, education, and business development.

Bob Cormier – prior to his recent retirement, Bob was a Vice President, Principal Consultant for Forrester Research. He has more than 25 years experience in the IT and consulting industries. Prior to joining Forrester, he held senior level positions at two leading eBusiness consulting firms, ZEFER and Cambridge Technology Partners and held senior financial management positions at Digital Equipment and Anixter International.

Harry Spaight – based decades of sales experience, Harry started and now runs his own sales training consultancy business called SellingWithDignity.com. His "Sales Made Easy" podcasts are available on both Apple and Spotify.

Poornima Srinivasan – is a CPA, MBA, and technology & governance consultant specializing in risk, compliance, and IT governance helping organizations design effective internal controls and navigate complex regulatory environments.
