Miller Home Loans is the consumer-facing mortgage brand of Tim Miller, Loan Originator (NMLS #2220372) with Edge Home Finance, LLC (Company NMLS #891464), an independent mortgage broker. Through Edge Home Finance, we have access to a network of 140+ lenders, giving our clients a wide range of loan programs and financing options rather than being limited to the products of a single bank or lender.
Loan options include Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans, as well as HELOCs, refinancing, renovation loans, reverse mortgages, investment property financing, and first-time homebuyer programs.
