Join the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate Stretch Zone Mount Dora with an official Chamber ribbon cutting at 4:30 PM sharp, followed by an Open House where guests can experience a complimentary 10-minute assisted stretch demo.

Stretch Zone offers one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching designed to help improve mobility, flexibility and range of motion. You relax on a specialized stretching table while a trained practitioner guides you through targeted stretches based on how your body moves.

It’s not just for athletes. Stretch Zone can appeal to people who spend all day at a desk, golfers and pickleball players looking to move more freely, gym-goers dealing with tight muscles, active adults who want to maintain mobility, or anyone who has simply noticed they don’t move quite as easily as they used to.

The 10-minute stretches offered during the Open House are a mini introduction to the Stretch Zone experience. Stretch Zone also offers first-time guests a complimentary 30-minute stretch session to experience a full introductory session.
