Admission: $25 per person
An afternoon dance party with history behind it.
The Mount Dora Bistro’s Tea Dance Social celebrates the tradition of LGBTQ+ tea dances — gatherings that historically created spaces for members of the community to socialize, dance and connect.
Today, the Bistro gives the tradition its own Mount Dora spin with an afternoon of club music, dancing, conversation and community in a welcoming Coterie atmosphere.
Admission includes one drink, with music and dancing continuing throughout the afternoon.
The event celebrates friendship, equality, pride and the simple pleasure of spending a Sunday afternoon on the dance floor.
